Join us at Capesthorne Hall for an exclusive evening with Mark Agnew, European Adventurer of the Year 2023.
Mark is a two times world record holder. He and his team were the first people to kayak the entire Northwest Passage in the Arctic, and the first to do it under human power. It was an epic journey, which took 103 days, full of adversity and beauty.
Mark shares his lessons from his Arctic adventure, about resilience, mental health, bouncing back from failure and setting goals with intrinsic values. The tales are exciting, emotional and funny all in equal measure.
The evening will commence at 7:00pm with a drinks reception in the Main Hall where you will have the opportunity to purchase Prosecco, wine, beer and soft drinks before being seated for the first half to commence at 7:30pm. There will be an interval at 8:15pm with the second half of the talk to commence at 8:45pm. There will also be a short Q&A session at the end.
If you require accessible seating please advise the office on 01625 861221.
