DESCRIPTION:Join Cheshire artist Allie Pottinger on Monday 24th June to paint and sketch in our gorgeous gardens\, including lots of demonstrations and guidance to paint favourite Summer blooms and garden features. Weather permitting we will spend some time in the gardens sketching and watercolour paint indoors in the marquee. Suitable for beginners & intermediates alike. DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday 12th June 2024\, our gardens will be open to the public in partnership with the National Garden Scheme. \nNormal garden entry will apply at £8.50 for adults and all takings will go to charity. The scheme saw over £3.1 million donated to nursing and health charities in 2022. \nThe Capesthorne acres which surround the Hall with woodland\, parkland\, and lakes\, provide a wonderful\, relaxing space for all visitors. \nOur Lakeside Café will also be open\, serving delicious home-made light refreshments. Afternoon Teas are available (please note\, pre-booking is required at least one week beforehand by calling 01625 861221). \nChildren up to 16 yrs will be free of charge for this event. \nThe Main Hall will be open from 12:30pm to 3:30pm (last entry 3:00pm) for an additional charge of £4 per person\, payable at the Hall Entrance. \n  \nFree parking
