Lynn Newton

Business Manager

With a background in corporate and hospitality, Lynn has worked at Capesthorne Hall since 2017 and brings a ‘can do’ attitude along with a desire to deliver exceptional events. Her passion is in creating unprecedented customer service, ensuring that everyone receives the best possible experience.
She is our animal and nature lover and, when not working, takes every opportunity to be outdoors.

Lucy Wakefield

Senior Events Manager

Lucy came to us in 2019 with a hotel background and puts her amazing hospitality skills to fantastic use at Capesthorne. She looks after many of the weddings and large events here. She has a huge passion for making sure all her wedding couples have their dream day. With her bubbly personality, she creates an instant rapport with people.
Lucy loves to travel abroad, when not renovating her first house!

Beth Gunn

Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator

With a first-class degree in Creative Events Management, Beth has fitted in to the team with absolute ease and has been with us since April 2022. She has already created and overseen many successful events for Capesthorne and has a huge talent for design and marketing. She manages our social media channels and promotes the venue through different networking opportunities.
Beth has a fantastic sense of humour and is constantly teased by us for her ‘Southern accent’ (which we all love!).
