Looking for a perfect wedding venue in Cheshire then look no further. Capesthorne Hall is fabulous.

I cannot fault the attentive staff, both on the day and beforehand – everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Emails were answered quickly and they were always patient, putting your mind at ease and offering suggestions. (We mainly dealt with Lucy who was a true professional.) Our daughter’s wedding felt so important to them.

The overnight accommodation is nearby beside the lake and is beautiful, used by all the bridal party and has a breakfast room for the guests.

We searched for 4 to 5 months looking at almost every Cheshire venue before we found Capesthorne. Save yourself time and don’t hesitate to book – you won’t be disappointed.

We had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Capesthorne Hall, and it truly left an impression. The venue is nothing short of spectacular, with its mix of historic charm and natural beauty. The grandeur of the hall itself, with its stunning architecture and elegant interiors, provided a perfect backdrop for timeless, classic photos.

What stood out to us the most were the incredible outdoor spaces. The lakeside views and formal gardens gave us so many opportunities to capture romantic, scenic shots. The whole setting feels almost storybook-like, which added a magical touch to the couple’s portraits.

The staff were really welcoming and helpful, ensuring everything flowed smoothly throughout the day. It’s a venue that offers something truly unique. If you’re looking for a place that combines elegance with beautiful natural surroundings, Capesthorne Hall is a fantastic choice.

Capesthorne was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had the lakeside marquee and it suited our every need. From viewing the venue right through to our wedding day the staff at Capesthorne were nothing but lovely to us, and it always felt like they had everything under control. There was no need for us to worry. Lucy in particular was always available for us to contact and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our event run so smoothly and it was all down to Lucy and the team.

The accommodation at Capesthorne was something that set them apart from other venues and the ability to have the carriage house the night before the wedding made a big difference to our day. We really couldn’t say thank you enough for everything.

My wife and I had held our wedding at Capesthorne Hall in September 2024! Hands down, this was the best day of our lives. This venue is incredible and wonderfully picturesque. It provided a great setting for our special day. Aside from the astounding beauty of the venue itself, we were guided through the process by the great Weddings/events team at Capesthorne.

We were in regular contact with the team for many months prior to our wedding. Beth was fantastic throughout the whole process and really helped make our day special. The team were able to accommodate our demands and give us sound advice from their many years of experience as a wedding venue.

Thankfully, Capesthorne Hall also had fantastic accommodation on site for our family, which created a nice environment around the time of our wedding. We aim to go back and stay at the accommodation when it comes to our anniversary.
